Courtney has completed her BCom Strategic Management degree. She started her career within the HR function, managing payroll for a local manufacturing company. Thereafter, Courtney ventured into new avenues broadening her skillset, whilst still keeping her thumb on the pulse of payroll management.
Courtney opened Culture Sharp before joining Finserv in 2024.
She now manages a number of payroll clients for Finserv.
